All submissions to the journal that are chosen for peer review are forwarded to one or more independent reviewers—usually two or more—who the editors have chosen. Double-Blind Review was chosen from among many forms of peer review; both the reviewer and the author maintain their anonymity. Reviewers cannot be biased against an author because of their nationality or past contentious works, while the author remains anonymous. Prestigious or well-known authors' articles are evaluated based more on the substance of their works than on their notoriety.
The journal is dedicated to providing both authors and readers with an effective service. Our editorial board of independent editors and our blind peer-review process together offer a means of quick and equitable publication decisions.
